We basically sold our soul to PSU for a couple million dollars... PSU gets an extra home game and IU gets the money. I have no idea why they chose DC. A few years back, IU and PSU played at the dome in Indy, and there were a ton of fans from both schools. Needless to say, I'm fairly upset about this...
