December 2008 Roll Call

Dec. 7-14

We will be arriving on Dec. 7 for our 14th trip. At least, I think it is #14 (sort of lost count). We started going when it was Blue Bay Getaway. We were there last year just before they changed to Temptations, so we can't wait to see all the changes. Our son and his girlfriend might be coming with us, but not sure if he will be able to take time off work. We have taken all of our children and their spouses/girlfriends to Cancun over the years, and Temptations is one of their favorites because of the people they meet and the wonderful staff. It's a great place to party, relax and make new friends.

 

Today the countdown hits the 20's - only 29 more sleeps - have a great weekend everyone

We are trying to arrange a catamaran charter for one of our days at Temptations (probably Friday the 19th).

First, does anyone have any advice to offer concerning who to use, how much to pay, etc.?

And second, would anyone like to come along?

Talk to Sergio (the shaved head younger guy) at the towel hut. There are a lot of options depending on how new of a boat you want, and how many will be going. The Tuesday adults only cruise that leaves from the dock by TTR is an option that costs around $50 pp. I think we spent $70 pp for a private cat charter earlier this year, and it should be under $100 pp.

Another option would be to find a Premier member that has rented the yacht. $350 for four hours, and the yacht holds 10-12.
