Just read this in a tripadvisor review posted the other day... "Also on the final day of my trip, a poor lady got way too drunk and fell in the pool. she died right in front of me and the staff didn't know what to do!!! They were pulling her body from left to right arguing about CPR technique it was traumatic to say the least. I suppose all I can say is be very careful to look after yourself when your there..." Such sad news!
Pardon me if I ignore this until I hear it from a more trustworthy source. Obviously terrible if it happened, but I'm not buying it.
Exactly my thoughts too...however if I passed away inside the sexy pool...I died having a good life. It might ruin a few people's vacations but the sexy pool or on the Boobs Cruise is the best place to let go in my opinion... Just my 2 cents.
A few of the board members have been out there lately so maybe someone will be able to clear it up soon. If something like that happened while you're there, you'd know about it! If it's true my thoughts go out to the woman and her family, terrible accident and it'll just teach us all to be a bit more... careful/alert?... when it comes to the pool and alcohol! Body shots and all the other craziness is great but whether this is true or not it's a good reminder to just look out for ourselves and each other while we're there !
Somebody mentioned this to me yesterday on the cruise. Their version was the lady (a very large lady) had a suspected heart attack while in the pool. Tourists die from natural causes and accidents regularly in Cancun, it doesn't mean that it's unsafe or dangerous. When you consider the sheer volume of people who visit Cancun (around 6 million a year) it's bound to happen from time to time.
How come I get a feeling if one of us passes away while on the boat we are going to be buried at sea under the direction of reverend Chinos? Sorry a little gallows humour on such sad news. Everyone dies, but no one knows when. At least in the sexy pool you can be pretty sure the lady was having a good time!

Being a regular on CCC I am positive Ryan meant absolutely no disrespect to someone dying versus his speculation of Trip Advisor. we read daily how much TTR sucks on TRip advisor when in reality we know its the competition trying to ruin their credibility or some dumb ass who doesn't know how to have a good time. When you meet him in person you'll see what I am talking about
