What is all this crazy talk? Mold? Legionaires Diesease? And you think you're going to spray Lysol on it! C'mon People, admit it. Another joke thread. If you were seriously sick from resporitory problems and you knew it came from Temptation, you'd never come back!

If we were first timers and read this, we'd never come here! But we do and never saw mold or got diseased. Seriously. Ha Ha funny thread. Spray Lysol on it! Ha Ha Good one!

You ever see that show Bar Rescue where the guy finds the mold and roaches and rats and shuts the bars down? Now imagine Patty-O or the swim up bars and the Restaraunts! Oh My God! Temptation must be a cess pool!

Except its Not. Or we wouldn't be 10 x repeaters. Ha ha Lysol. Psssst. Psssst. Now its all better. Good One.

Why would anyone come back and subject themselves or a loved one to serious health risk? Did you report the mold conditions? Stachybotrys is toxic and can cause URI and even death according to most world health organizations.

At the very least the resort should know! Unless its in the walls the mold can usually be cleaned with Clorox and other readily available household items, so I'd think the resort would get right on the problem if they were aware it was present.

I guess we've always gotten lucky whenever we went. Now I feel grossed out. Damn sure not telling Loli about this until I can think about it somemore. I'm the guy who uses 99.9 after pushing a shopping cart so trust me, this is nasty shit. Wish I never read this thread.

I wouldn't get too concerned. It's a humid climate and I am sure that even in the newest, most high end resort there's some mold somewhere. Obviously for those a bit more sensitive you should look more carefully and complain to the desk. I've never brought lysol or anything like that but I just might throw a can in the luggage or grab one there.

Besides you've already gone and been ok at least once right? :)

Lysol does make a disinfectant that kills mold and bacteria. We use it in the return air duct and since doing so have had no problems.

Just returned, and used the Lysol this time and Im sure it saved my trip.

we were in a lower Jacuuzzi room so mold was a huge issue. lots around the curtains and on the ceiling, ( for non believers I took pictures).

The pudding on the cake, was when we were leaving and doing the check under the bed ( to make sure nothing got kicked under), the box spring was covered with black mold.

we used the ac for 10 minutes a day , always spaying a good dose into the air intake on start up.

No lung issues this trip :)
