My guess is that they would have to "tip" out to other staff....having said that, the hubs and I always tend to tip bigger bills ($10, $20). We usually allot $80-$100 per day for tipping (not including maid service - that we tipped too). My feeling is that you are staying at a all inclusive so the cost to tip is not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. Considering that is it nothing for us here in Canada to spend $400-$500 when we go to the bar for ONE night - babysitter, cabs, food, drinks, etc. And it is nice to show the staff that you appreciate their hard work. All of the time, the service is fantastic so I say tip big and make their day!
