I'm retired US Army, now Food and Bev Mgr at a Louisvillle Golf Club. Michele is a Chef for over 20 years and is a manager/fish monger at Louisville's finest Fish market. :johnc:

Thanks guys!! 2.5 years down, all I have is 4 semesters of clinicals to go. Whewww sure does take some time. I am excited though, I start my clinicals on the 23rd.
I am wondering what Michele thinks of the food at BBG, in her professional opinion. I have heard both good and bad, which is usually the case with every resort we have ever been to. I obviously do not have a very distinguished palate, because I am pretty easy to please. I'm just wondering what a professional, who has been there before, thinks of the food, and which restaurants she would reccomend.
I work as the head chef for a restaraunt, and my better half is an illustrator/chef.Its great with the long hours as we get to work together at least some of the time!!
