what a game. thought we might have been able to pull it off again. But the Halos are in it for a reason. theres o way the Yanks were just gonna sweep. they are just too good to be swept.
Yankees need to take tomorrow nights game and finish this. They dont want the Angels to get momentum.

    Go Yanks!!!

Not sure what Joe G was thinking pulling Robertson out of the game when he did....or the majority of his pitchers for that matter. I understand the motive behind pulling Mo, as you have to save him for the next game and 1 inning of work is sufficient, but aren't we in the era of WINNING TODAY?!? Don't worry about tomorrow, get the job done today, then worry about it. Poor over managing on his part, I truly believe that ultimately cost them the game. Can I get a Yanks fans perspective on this por favor?

Heres to hoping a great series continues on through game 7!!

I have to agree with that. Him pulling Robertson was what did them in.

And I also agree that Joey G. was thinking ahead for tonights game. And the reason being is that CC is going on only 3 days rest and wanted to be on the safe side if he got rocked early or if he didnt go into the later innings. which if that does happen, at least the Yanks do have a semi-rested bullpen.

The only problem with that is now the Angels are feeling good and might get on a roll.

this series could easily be in the Angels favor right now. they simply gave game 2 to the Yanks. Joey G. needs to do whatever he can tonite to get that win!!!!

Good and firm win for the Yankees last nite. 5 more W's and my year is complete!!! No doubt that Arod and CC are way past their shitty performances in past postseasons.

However, those Umps have been awful with some of these calls. especially last nite with that 3rd base Ump. He made bad calls on both sides.

What do you think? Yanks vs. Phills?

I think its safe to assume that although I still have a very bitter taste in my mouth after what the Bosox did to us in 04. anything is possible.

Yanks vs Phillies it is...It's crazy for the folks in both cities (more so Philly) that on November 1st...the Giants play the Eagles at home, and the Yanks would play the Phills at home as well....

I've got my money and hopes on the Yankees in that series....I hate the Phillies!! lol

Angela....... stop drinking the water there in Delaware. Its making you go wacko!!! The Yankees are an unstoppable force this year.

Hey, if it does go down to the Yanks and Phils, how about a friendly bet on who wins? or are you chicken??
