Unless you are saving a ton of money, the hassle of getting from Cozumel to Cancun is not worth it. The taxi from the Coz airport to the ferry, ferry to Playa Del Carmen, then either bus or taxi to Cancun would take quite a while. If you did taxi for the whole thing it might be around $75 (?).
