Cozumel Questions from TTR

Been to Cozumel 3 times via a cruise ship....
Nice place but cant see spending a perfect TTR day there.

Ya we have to get off the property atleast a couple times or my liver would fail...gonna try Cozumel since we've never been...should be fun
