So we booked through couples travel in October for our trip in March. We never got an email so I assumed we would be safe. I called the resort twice and was told they still have our reservation and that it has been paid for. I did notice however that when I booked through couples travel, all the confirmation info came from Travelup....did anybody else experience this?
