It depends on your definition I suppose - it's not as much a "rub real hard" kind of thing - it's more like rubbing in a firm way. I don't have anything to compare it to as I've never had a "real" massage, but we loved it . . .
Honestly, I was too busy watching my wife prior to and immediately after to notice. . . During the actual massage you're either face down or have a washcloth over your eyes, so I couldn't say if they were hot or not!
Yeah its pretty good.....but honestly we have had better massages at Secrets and Excellence resorts. I would do it for sure so you can see for yourself. We usually get one the night before we go home to help get a good nights sleep. As far as sensual goes....ehhhh...ho hum at best.
