Convince my wife ttr isn't a swinger resort....

The "unofficial Mayor" has spoken, He will resume his official Mayor duties starting May 7th. luckey for us is the founder of the lets all "get drunk and laid" party. no wonder nobody has even run against him. but on a serious note he just spoke the plain truth-- is not and never was a swing resort. fun place and worth the vacation dollar hell yea.

 

cerytainly if you want it to be a swingers resort......you'll find it......but you'll have to look for it...............if you'd rather be monagamous.......it's there too.........don't worry......let the week come to you!

jamie do agree with you for the most part on this one - but for whatever reason (been about 7 times) this time seemed more swinger friendly than in years past

...........could have just been the weekend we were there???

now its pretty well known and established that t and i do not consider ourselves swingers ------------- we do have several very close friends who are ------------so we are around them quite frequently and certainly understand the lifestyle on at least some level

was just a tad bit surprised that it definitely seemed far more open to that than in years past

i will be interested to see les and lynfas as well as glenn/moniques and some of the others take on my perception too as their post in recent years seem to favor your take on the subject

Well Jamie if its not then why is it advertised on the largets swinging site on the net as a swingers resort.. we will just have to make sure more swinging happens......

 

We went last year for the first time Jun 11-21. We have been to Desire Cabo, (before it became just like TTR), Desire Cancun, and we chose TTR for a specific reason. Would I consider us swingers....no! Not as most would view the term swinging! We play on occasion, when everything is clicking, and things just seem to evolve that way. We don't go looking for it, I guess I should say, but if it finds us and we're enjoying things, then fine. Now would I consider us "lifestyle" persons? Yes. We would define lifestyle as TTR. It is whatever you want it to be. We like to be around sexy people, people that like to party, socialize, not live in a shell, or as others or family would want them to live. We enjoy lots of things, from nudity, to topless, to watching others have fun, to being part of the fun, and others watching us have fun. Most if not all involves alchohol. It's not something we do all the time or when sober. Desires is that...it's a swingers resort, and action is everywhere and the majority go there for that, very few go there to be nudists for their stay. TTR was as comfortable as it gets for us. The people are wonderful. They know how to cut loose, how to scale back. Sexy fun and trouble can be found there, if you're looking for it. Quiet and relaxation can be found on the other side of the resort, if you Desire. (At least we've seen it from afar. LOL) I'm kind of rambling on now, but I guess the bottom line for us would be this...... We chose Desires twice in the past because of the fact it was nude, and the opportunity to be around an atmosphere we enjoy. When the recession hit hard, and economy changed, we decided to give TTR a shot last year. Best decision we ever made. You may start seeing more then usual what "others" label as "swingers" there, because of the price differance in resorts. I would just consider TTR to be a "lifestyle" resort, a Vegas type of place that lives up to it's slogan in the truest sense....'Nobody knows you...and nobody gives a sh*t'! We can go to TTR for 11 days, airfare and all cheaper then 7 days at Desire. I think we're hooked for life. Ed and Jessica
