Controversy over Short Term Rentals at Residencial BVG

    Officially... "legally" :lol: :lol: :lol: you have to inform the owners at least 10 days in advance, by registered letter, phone call or.... putting an ad in the newspapers 3 times (they assume everyone reads Novedades everyday!).

    I succeeded in getting that in my condo, after a long battle. However, the lady who "took" the administration is a squatter, and like everywhere else there is a little mafia of 3-4 people, they claim they have powers from the absent owners, but never show them, and decide whatever they want, we don't even get the "orden del dia" before nor the report after, so.........

    So far, they have not decided to prevent me to rent short term, but of course one day someone from Hacienda came to ask if my studio was rented. Oh well... Mexico!

    "democratic" :roll: what is this word, RG? There mustn't be a translation in Spanish
