We just got back - they are doing quite a bit of construction at RM, but it's away from the pool area. Lots of workers working around the 1700 block (which is where we were at) but we had no issues with it detracting from our vacation. They are re-doing a couple of the villas into bigger better suites. They have orange fences around the construction area. You don't hear it at night, and you don't hear it at the pool or restaurants. We had a blast and are glad we went!
