My hubby and I are thinking of returning to Cancun this summer, and taking our youngest with us( 15 years old), and her "boyfriend". We figure a 2 bedroom condo would be the cheapest, one bedroom for us, one for her, and a couch for him. Does anyone have any recommendations? My only must haves, are in the hotel zone on the beach, with a balcony. ( oh, and nice and clean too) reasonably priced.

    Thanks

    Hi Linda

any of the Royals ... very nice!

(not to be confused with the brand new Royal Cancun, as that is adults only)

I would say the Royals would be your best choice.

I agree, any of the Royal resorts would work the best for you. The Royal Sands is very convienent since you can walk to the mall. Here is the web site for the Royals, www.royalresorts.com You can check out rental prices there or go to www.tug2.net and in the upper part of the home page there is a link, you can check out the classifieds for some Royal Resorts. Good Luck and have fun!

Also not to be confused with the Royal Sunset and/or the Sunset Hotel, as neither are part of the 'Royal' being talked about, nor does the former fit your specifications (the Royal Sunset is on the lagoon).
