If I had purchased and paid my vacation including airfare, and I was unhappy with the option of being relocated, I think I would bite the bullet and pay the airline fee to rebook at a different time rather than be very unhappy with my vacation. I feel bad for those that have that choice to make.
Not ever been to Temptations, we will not know what we are missing, so being relocated is only a little question. We know that they would not sent us to a place that would cost more, so we knew it was not going to be a 5 star place. We were paying for the party experience not the resort itself. That being said if we are sent (don't know yet) to Sens we are hoping to get a real scope on if it will an enjoyable stay or is it the place someone is sounding off on FB. I hope Steve will take the time and talk to everyone here CP
Do they give the people displaced the option to move up and go to TTR in Sept or August? That to me would be a much better plan than going to Sens...
Yes they did. Our trip was originally scheduled for September 30-October 9 and we switched it to be September 16-September 25. It sucks because we don't get to hang out our amazing, awesome, super sexy, fantastic friends but we still get to go to your favourite place on earth. It's definitely not ideal. In my opinion it's the better choice of the options we had before us. Nikki
From what I've viewed in the news report (ctvnews.ca), and you cannot believe everything in the news, the report is from the Grand Oasis that this woman's plight happened, not the Grand Oasis Sens. These are two different locations, two different addresses from what I've discovered.
We've looked into hedonism and Desire but sadly both are over double the price of TTR from the UK xxxx
Just checked if we switch with RCI and the rates are 150 a day for Temptations vs. 525 a day for Desire. Can't swing that, Golden is just a little more just don't know what to do. CP
