I imagine it is USA Transfers who we use all the time for Airport to resort transportation and would highly recommend for that service. He is a really nice fun guy, speaks great english and has hauled us all over the area for years. His email is tino_genchi at Hotmail.com A couple years ago Tino took us to Akumal and got us setup with chairs and fins. Its very nice to have a "guide" to help you find the right people and places. The cost of the private van services are typically very similar to what you would pay to rent a vehicle and you get so much more.
