It's mainly for me and my friend so we don't lose each other. I'll bring my cell which may or may not work. My friend isn't bring her cell. I brought it up in case any of you also have 2 way radios and needs a good reason to bring it. They are tons of fun as you can listen in random conversations while you are sitting there on the beach doing nothing.
I have them. Perhaps I will bring them for entertainment. I can see me losing them quickly though. :-|
What model do you have? Do you know if different models/brands work with each other? Maybe you can chain them to your pants like hipsters chain their wallets.
Motorola I think... you can communicate with other brands on the same frequency. i will glue them to my forehead.
Alright, I just bought two used pairs (2 Motorola T5100 and 2 Midland GXT200) on eBay. They should be here early next week. Marissa, if both pairs work, I'll let you borrow one.
