Any crazy fun ideas write them in. But when you look at the themes remember to expand it beyond the verbiage. Like uniform can seriously be any freaking thing in a uniform. Don't just think cop, dr and firefighter. Expand. Military, janitor, school girl, sports players, airline pilots, nurses, referees, think outside the box. If you want to rally your troops to wear a certain uniform then let me know after you get the consensus.
