I have never seen that place open but I have to agree with the poster above that it would rock with some hot tubs as a nighttime gathering place!
I agree it would be a great place for late night people that didnt want to go to nice shoes, to relax in hot tubs and or a cigar bar, ive never seen it open either, it was right next to my room last year and people used it for a wedding party or some organized private event....
We were there Jan 2010 and went up and took a look at it. Seemed to be used as a storage area. However, with a little cleaning it could be used for late night activities... :ernaehrung005:
when we were there the first time back in 2005 they did nightly shows dance cast entertainment staff etc. but after Wilma we never seen anything but storage. It would be a good place for some hot tubs and bartenders that is a good idea.
Darn.. this was one reason we were going to this resort! Actually, not really but would have loved to get a nice Cuban or something out there! Anyone know where a person can get a "real" Cuban?

Shame they don't open the place up. I'm sure it's a cost factor but it would be a nice alternative in the rain....
I saw a party going on there and tried to get in but a bouncer at the door said it was a private party.
