Everyone already said what I had to say so I am agreeing with you all! lol I am a "thick chick" and last year was my first time and it was great! never felt out of place. Much more comfortable at Temptation then to any other beach or resort I've been to.
as others have said, size, shape and age definitely does not matter... we always have a great time and meet great people each time we go back... just go with an open mind and prepare to have an amazing time.
if you got it flaunt it..look at my photo album and see some of our crazy early december singles.. we have great fun at temptations every year ,no one cares whether you are a size 2 or a 22, its the size of your personality that matters.
I am glad you started this thread Roxie. I too am not a toothpick - but after reading this I went out yesterday and bought some much smaller swimming apparel. 12 more days!!!!
That's awesome Roxie!!! It's amazing what a few great words of encouragement will do to a person. I was self conscious also when Jess and I went last September......without a group....we thought we wouldn't fit in also...boy were we wrong...within 15 minutes we were in a group and felt like we knew them our whole lives....we still stay in contact with them. We are going in April again with the addicts....hope to see you there. And don't worry U will fit in wonderfully
Im not small either and Im at an age where everything is starting to go south, way south!!!!! but I would rather be at Temptation than any place in the world. If anyone does say anything they are usually very young and very dunk or they are the type of people that hate the resort any way and would never return. You are going to love it, just dont be shy and talk to people, most dont care how you look
