Chinos is an inspiration to people around the world, literally! He deserves all of our prayers and kindness for cancer to continue everyday!
We were there in September and had the best time ever with Chino on the Boobs Cruise!! He had a new tattoo of the pink ribbon but it was blue on him that he a cancer survivor!!! He looked amazing white but amazing!!! Hey sunscreen is good!! We are going back in March and we are booking another Boobs Cruise with him for sure!! We love you Chino!!!
Thanks for the update Steve. Prayers and good thoughts for our Chinos....I think he will agree the best way to honor him getting well again is to party on together on your cruise and raise a glass to his continued good health!
A few people have messaged me asking about raising funds for Chinos for when he is not working and having to live away from home for the majority of the week. I know last year he specifically didn't want anyone to raise money for him directly but he did get a real buzz out of the fundraising for the Temptation Race for Cancer last August, which will repeat later this year. I asked him several times and he was adamant he didn't want folks to raise money directly for him. If anything changes this time or in the future then I'll happily start something off here, until then though I think we should respect his wishes.
We hope for the very best for Chino and keep us informed on any fund raising. He sure made our 2 Boob's cruise's in December more fun. He is so full of energy and it spills over to everyone he meets.
Our thoughts are wth Chino. I will never forget our first trip to Temptations when we came across this wild man with tats and piercings...when he said "you fucking tourists are so stupid, if you don't like it go to the Holiday Inn"..we started to adore this man. We bought a CD of the music at Temptations...he accidentally gave us the wrong one...shortly after this innocent mistake the headliner of entertainment ran us down to give us the right CD. Small thing but it speaks to the character of this incredible man. He and his daughter are part of the fabric of Temptations. Chino, love ya.
He's already knocked cancer out once, guess it was too stupid to stay down... I have faith he'll beat the hell out of it and send it packing!
