I soooooooooooooo agree with you Rob...always the highlight of our trip. Many great memories as well although they might be tad fuzzy for some unknown reason
I've done the friday night cruise n i've done the Cancuncare Boobs Cruise. No comparison!!! Steve has pretty much perfected it!
As long as there are no hard feelings between Steve and Chinos, this sounds like the best of both worlds--Steve doesn't lose money if the boat doesn't fill, and everyone knows a definite day to plan their trip around if the major draw is Chinos. I'll still choose Steve, though. I think it's not just the staff on the boat, but the TTR guests' open-minded and adventurous attitudes that make Steve's cruise a guaranteed success. Drawing from any random resort, you can't guarantee the crowd on the other ship is going to be the same. In fact, I'd fear with the electro-pumping music, it might draw a generally younger crowd...the kind who believes only the young and nubile should be half-naked or have fun.
Here's another way to think about it, if people go on Fridays with the hotel just mention that they are on the 'light' version. That should get a few more walk ups to see what the REAL deal is about!
I will forever be loyal to Steve. He made my cruise as did Omar and Chinos. Best of luck to everyone and STEVE, ill see you soon BTW, how much are they charging for their shorter cruise? because I think ur price for the amazing day out kicks butt. Love ya and take care
Just. To clarify a couple of points....chinos and omar are good friends of steve and it is not their business venture, they are just paid a fee has freelance promoters to do the Temptations booze cruise.
If I booked onto another cruise I'd feel like I was cheating! Without Cancuncare.com I may not have even booked my trip to Cancun in the first place, and as such I'm loyal to Steve and his cruise. Besides, if TTR are just pumping out the same international top 10 dance music on a boat, isn't that almost the same as being on the resort, but that they can charge more money for it? I will be sticking with Steve's cruise. If we don't get the numbers to get the one I've booked to go ahead, I'll have to just hop over to Isla Mujeres on my own!
Having been on last week's Cancuncare Cruise, which was absolutely amazing, here's how I see the situation. What makes Steve's cruises so much fun is that we knew about 80% of the people on the boat because of this site. The cruise was on our 5th day there so we had already done some theme nights together and did a lot of hanging out at the pool and patyo's. Being on that boat was like a house party with a bunch of friends and that leads to being more comfortable and a relaxed atmosphere.....add Chinos, Omar and lots of booze and you get a trip back to the pier that I cannot even try to describe. I have never gone on a trip from the hut but I cannot believe it would even come close. Great, Great Time!!!!!
Chinos and Omar are great, but Steve's crew are the guys who really make the day worthwhile as they build up the atmosphere, with Steve and gorgeous Jannet looking after us it definitely cant be beaten. When you start inviting the boring people from other hotels who think that Temptation is full of deviants :aktion047: . like everything in life. BEWARE CHEAP IMITATIONS :aktion034:
