ok party people.. here is the hotel booking information. the hotel is the Westin Ohare, 6100 N River Road, Rosemont Ill. the code to book the hotel is TR Chicago 2014. you have to call 1-888-627-8517, and reference that code to get the special rate. once you book either post here so we can add you to a roll call, or send me a message via CCC or facebook, including your email address and phone # ( these will NOT be publically posted). one of our local experts is preparing a Pub Crawl list for Saturday night. we will have a pool party at the hotel Saturday and meet back up after dinner for the pub crawl. there are many dining and entertainment options within walking distance of the hotel, including the train. I hope to see many of you there!

Shoot, not enough warning for us, but it'd be nice to get up into Adam and Terri's neck of the woods, say hi, and maybe hit some good things to do. But, not enough warning... actually going to Toronto now to visit other buds from here and TTR the weekend before!
Ok folks, so it seems most people feel this is too short notice. We are still going to go, and stay at the hotel. We will still do a pub crawl and hang out at the pool, and catch a ball game Sunday. Unless we get ten hard commits by friday we don't get the preferred hotel rate. What I will be doing starting next summer is planning this as an annual event, with a booking and roll call starting in January. That should give everyone ample time to plan and build momentum. Anyone who would like to come up is welcome to, and any CCC Chicago locals feel free to join the party. Post here if you are going to attend, and call the hotel to book. Those I don't see this year I will see next

chicago update for those in the Chicago area, starting a pub crawl at 6pm on Saturday 7/26 at the Cubby Bear. we are spending all weekend in Chicago, and this event will grow next year. for this year, we will make a pub crawl suffice. hope to see many of you there!

Dang it! We're driving into Chicago the 24th, but getting on a plane in route to Cancun! Too bad timing couldn't have worked out so we could have had a pre-Temptations in Chicago on our way to the real Temptations! JenJoe we'll see you guys at the pool.
