ok so i am trying this been on the phone with them to go over the details. Booked new years eve for 4 nites new years eve and new years day were 199ric the rest 99 much cheaper than any other site out there for the holiday there are no restrictions on the reservation execpt the ir cancellation policy She said it a promotional offer to advertise the property I can add more days to this offer at the 99 rate if i want to extend the trip will probably add 4 more days now have to book flight at i think that is 860 for the 2 of us so holiday travel will cost the 2 of us about 2000.00 instead of the 3,000 elsewhere
Do you guys fly out of St Louis or KC? Nonstops were kind of crazy so we did a nonstop return and a single stop Dallas on the way down. Bout 1700 hotel and air. Both nonstops would have brought us up another 500.
I looked at that pretty hard but for our dates it was Aeromexico and it got back really late. Probably fine if they still let my drunkass on the plane. Sure staying at TTR that long I would be loaded again lol.........
Hahaha. We understand! Our flight gets back to KC at 9:40pm. I'm sure we will arrive drunk! However we are being picked up at the airport and are spending the night before driving home on Sunday!
Yeah at this point I think there are a lot of us that are waiting for someone to book, go, come back, and report. As much as I love Alpharooms and have used them in the past, at half the price I can't ingore the deal. So as soon as someone returns from one of these bookings let us know! Jamie

Haven't received any response yet back from the same process posted above. The cancellation policy I was told to accept was: CANCEL / RESCHEDULE POLICY We understand sometimes your plans fall through, thats why you can cancel at any time within 72 hours of arrival with no additional fees. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival incur a penalty equal to the cost of 2 nights stay. All no-shows that do not call in to cancel will incur a penalty equal to the cost of 3 nights stay. There is no refund for early check-out/partial stays or changes to the original reservation. Guest has agreed to this cancellation policy as a condition to making this reservation.
