I recall hearing about a link where you can check in/state room preferences prior to being at the resort. Does anyone know whether this is still a thing? I didn't see it on the website.... And Tuesday can't get here fast enough! Thanks!
We use it every time. Don’t think it does anything though. The process is still lengthy, Even for “VIP” check in.
We've completed it on several trips, never made any difference and requests on rooms never materialise.....best we've found, accept your allocated room but leave luggage with buzz boys, check room, if not suitable go back to reception and ask for a different one, usually takes two or three trips back and forth to get the right room for your specific needs, especially if like us, your staying 7 to 14 days
We always pre check in but they still need all the info at the front desk at check in. So i really dont think it does much. We really have been lucky during check in and it doesn't take too long for us anymore. We always politely decline the pitch and they move us through pretty quick. We check in on Wednesdays also I think that helps.
