Check out the Hyatt Regency on Orbitz kids... No All Inclusive offered, but 2 people traveling March 8-15 from NYC is only $1000pp including hotel and airfare. Hotel looks decent, and is located right next to the clubs in Party Central. You can probably get if for even less with a promo code.

A few pics of mine from the Hyatt Regency. Taken 20 years ago, in 1987. Nice in-pool loungers with tables The island, which is a great place to get a tan, plus the waterfall in the background. Above the waterfall, to the left, where the wooden covering/roof is, is another small pool with swim-up bar and bar stools in the water. The big thatched roof swim-up bar, plus I think there is a restaurant there too.
