Do you guys really want a legal opinion on this so called waiver? Ok, here goes.... The waiver must be read in the totality of the document, with taking special deference to the words and intent of the document. Additionally you must pay attention as to who is being obligated to said waiver and as to what they are waiving as a party can only waive known issues that could reasonable be related to whatever is being waived, also understanding that there are usually special statutes that protect parties which are attempting to provide help to those in need.......zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

So in conclusion it would probably be an idiopathic loss, and therefore if you get drunk, pass out, look like an idiot, and miss the party, its your own dang fault. Rock on. See you all in a few days!:headbanger::headbanger::headbanger:
