Chairs at the SEXY POOL

here's another 'when in Rome'
This reserving of chairs has been going on since the begining of time.
It is not going to go away, especially when security is bribed/tipped to look the other way.
It is quite funny to hear newbies complain and want to change the 'system' instead of getting with the program. Or brazenly claim they will just take items off a chair.

Reminds me of a tragically hip song. "Jacques Cartier, Right this way. . . . NO you're not the first to show. We've all been here since god who knows"

Translation. . you newbies and whiners didn't discover the place and thus don't get to make the rules. And yes the fact of the matter is that status does have priveledges.

And in regards to 'having same chair for a week' . . . I heard that coming soon. . ,members will have assigned chairs for the length of their stay in accordance with their respective rooms.
Guess when that happens the REAL bitchin' will begin

 

Members chairs... sweet! I get a chair! Which I will promptly share with anyone and everyone!

The easy fix would be to toss shirts or towels in the pool before going to bed. The inconsiderate people would get the message

Just what everyone wants. A bunch of angry vacationers arriving at the pool throughout the day to find their stuff wet and someone in 'their' reserved chair. I am sure that will deliver the message but it sure wont help the fun, friendly vibe we all love at the sexy pool. I vote no thank you on that one.

 

Our last trip we never really had a problem. We didn't really USE the chairs, and there was always somebody we knew that had a chair that we could put our stuff near/around...

 

We learned a few years ago you snooze you loose. Though we have been very lucky that we have many friends that will let us store our stuff under their chairs..

 

Much the same here as the last couple of posts, we will get up early to try to get a chair sometimes yes sometimes no, we spend our day at the sexy pool regardless. Normally worshiping the sun by 9.30 after a healthy breakfast of bacon and eggs. Possibly a baileys thrown in there somewhere just for luck
