Last year, we had ceviche on a small side street. They served some fried fish as well - but the shrimp ceviche was crazy good! Of course...I have no idea where we were.. But, we are heading back to PDC at the end of the month and are going to try to track it down. Anyone know of a great ceviche place that's super casual - only has a couple of tables on the sidewalk - and is a few blocks off the main drag? If not... can you recommend a good place?
