Some of these seem beautiful. One (Casa Cenote) seems to be faily close to the HZ (15 minutes south). My questions are:
    1. Are they worth the trip with kids ages 10, 12, & 14?
    2. Are they accessible via bus?

The map you are looking at may be misleading. Casa Cenote is about 1.5 hours south of Cancun. To get there via public transport you would have to take a bus to Playa Del Carmen, take another bus towards Tulum and then a taxi to Tankah Bay. It would be quite an operation.

Are there others closer to cancun.

Yes, my kids will be swimming.

X-Caret might be a good option with the kids. Its not quite the same experience as visiting a cenote, but the underground river float and all the flora and fauna would keep everyone occupied.

Xel-Ha would be an option also for a day of snorkeling in a natural lagoon.

Both of these are accessible by bus or through tour operators in Cancun.
