Thanks...I understand that. Need to check as I may have set this option awhile back when cleaning up the computer. I dont think so though as it does not always happen.
Be nice now Marshe...everyone who follows CCC knows you are the Madam of TTR! I enjoy your posts and sense of humor and hope to meet you some day. We unfortunately got a later start than you. And you have no idea of our life outside the confines of TTR! Are you saying only you and those whom have visited a bazillion times can give advice? Either way...first timers are true rookies and know not the first day curse!
Refrain from drinking and posting, of which I broke the golden rule Actually this thread was about CCC....not TTR notches. And yes it takes longevity and experience to comment with authority on both topics. The confines of life outside of TTR falls under the caategory "NoBody knows you...." The real essence of TTR and CCC are ever- changing realms.....which can school you at any time.
BTW....strongly considering booking 5th trip since Opening Day for next month, on Monday But FQF in Nola is up next
The best part for us is finally getting to meet the people from this site when we get to the resort. Love that, but we usually have to learn their real names. And there are some on here we have talked to for a few years that we have not yet met at the resort, but really hope to someday. It's funny how many conversations have begun at TTR with "Aren't you on CancunCare?" And then a quick story about how they picked their screen name, along with a drink.
We totally agree. It's nice to start a "friendship" here, then you get to meet the couple/person at the resort or even at home. It sets you as ease so when you walk up to those couples/people, you're not having to worry about feeling out of place. You know the feeling, the one you felt at the Junior High School dances when you wanted to go ask a girl to dance but didn't know what to say. CCC lets you get past all that awkwardness .
Have expereinced that dozens of times. Run to the bar and reliish meeting another member of the community in person. And sometimes the 'insider' gossip that follows is priceless
