meh, bitch or not. i think shes really good i like her show. its the on ly reason i know about the case, i do however wish she'd cover something else....
nancy grace is ridiculous and turns everything into a tabloid story. she's a female geraldo rivera with a really annoying voice and manner. I am amazed at who they give airtime to on 'reputable' networks.
looks like casey anthony has finally been re-arrested and has NO bond, now that she is facing first degree murder and the possibility of death! They MUST have some pretty good evidence, obviously, I am looking forward to hearing what they have found. A very sad case for all involved!
I just can't see them going for capital punishment without some form of hard evidence (the child's body). I can see her being convicted with other evidence (which the public has yet to be privy to... must have turned up some good genetic evidence after all of those trips to her house, car, etc), but I can't see any judge sentencing her to death without a body. Especially during these fiscally trying times. Death sentence cases cost lots of money and judges usually don't want to pursue them unless a conviction is a certainty and the offender stands no chance of winning an appeal.
