It may peak enough interest for him to file a class action suit. It may be our only shot since it appears that Premier could care less about the issue. I intend to file. I have also filed a complaint with Profeco in Mexico and have received word from them that a meeting with Premier will be set. Any grief that can be put on premier and RCI is worth the work as without it we will all be (SOL)!
Interesting turn of events over the last 5 days. On Monday, I had access to the RCI website. I was able to login, book, view account, etc. Went on a short trip Tuesday, came back Thursday, no access to RCI again. What a pain in the rear!
We are getting a butt load of emails saying last chance to book whatever and no access!!! Kinda like rubbing salt in the wound I guess.
Same thing here. I got on the RCI website earlier this week and thought everything was solved. Tried today and was denied access. Does anyone know if Chris Oldroyd is still trying to help? He hasn't put anything on here in a while.
I can log on to the web site , but any searches I do for point trades come up empty.... Haven't tried everything , just places we were considering in the near future It always says there are no matches. However I can log on?

I received an email from Chris back on July 8th, he advised me that an agreement was reached with RCI and the 60k cap should be lifted by weeks end, he received emails from members that the cap had already been lifted.....however this is not the case. I have called Premier Customer Service and they tell me the complete opposite. No aggreement has been reached and the 60k cap is still in effect. I have sent Chris a couple of emails requesting an update...but they have gone unanswered. The only phone call I received from Premier was from collections advising me that my July payment has not been received yet. I told them I will resume my payments when the 60k cap is lifted..
