    Does anyone know why Kerry voted for the 87 billion dollars and then voted against it???? It makes sense to me.

    I had to read what you wrote a couple of times to understand what you trying to say.

    What was the 87,000,000,000 for. But IMHO he did that because he is a flip-flopper.
