as we inch closer to the date everyone is going to need to start thinking about booking flights very soon as well.....

please keep in mind that southwest airlines web site rate for the "wanna get away" package is pretty incredible right now and you may want to consider this....

also when you book your flights - if you are arriving on friday, make sure that your arrival times fall between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. if at all possible as we will be providing free transfer service from the airport to the hotel between these hours on that day only

for all other arrival and departures you will be on your own

if landing that friday..........

simply look for the sign "wishes wonders & who dats" new orleans reunion and you will be directed. please be patient as we will only have one large van and volunteers running the 40 minute round trip from new orleans international to the hotel monteleone

Booked our flights last night. Out of Buffalo, landing in New Orleans at 9:19 am, seat selection, airfare, taxes, fees, all in for $590.00 for two of us, that's in USD so I will get an exchange rate difference as well.

 

June 30th is the last day on our great contract rate so make sure you are booking soon - rates will more than likely double after June 30th

 

heres to the saggy bottoms at the comal river in new braunfels on our 6th annual memorial day weekend trip

over $200.00 raised in one weekend of collecitng aluminum cans on the river while we floated drank and had a blast

every bit adds up

and those little bits over the course of the year be adding up to over $15,000.00 ytd now

So far we have 5 rooms booked, doesn't count Rick and Faye, Bobbie and Harold, James and Leeanne, Ontario has at least 8 rooms represented.

time will tell just how many and from where they come from end up at the best party ever in new orleans

dont be shy people there is not a single soul going that knows everyone - but we are all going to meet for a great party and a great cause

with over 65 booked and attending and another 10 to 15 expected in the next few weeks and then another 25 to 50 locals - plan on meeting some great people and having a blast

i am hoping that we can double that amount and reach $30,000.00 in cancuncare/saggy bottom donations for the big party

if you can't "be in that number" when we go to marching in to new orleans on that weekend in october then be a "saint" and give what you can and be a part of it anyway

you will be granting wishes to some kids who can sure use them and you will be showing cancuncares true colors in the process
