gains were good, my chest tighten up and my legs got stronger.........only prob is that it gave me insane headacheswhile i was working out, sometimes i would be lifting and would have to stop cuz i would get crazy headaches, over all good product........very expensice stack, i did the cellmass,nitrix,no-xplode last year b4 cancun........2 weeks after i was off it, i felt that the gains went away alltho, ima go back on it in feb, so i can tighten up for cancun.......hoope this helps
Adam, you were right mate, definately overtraining. Tried to do my workout last night and could only manage about half my usual reps so I'm going to drop the swimming.
I started my little workouts at home last night and also a diet to try and lose the holiday weight i put on, two weeks of boring eating with this diet plan....its gonna be tough! Height: 6ft 04 Weight: 14st B.M.I %: 22.8 Weight Of Which Is Fat: 3st 4 Two weeks time i will post the results of this diet thingy and mini workout program to see if this actually works of if a have wasted two weeks of eating the good stuff for nothing!!!!!
