Yeah I had that for a few weeks too! My jaw felt as if had been broken and fixed again! I guess My dentist was pretty good then, but it depends on how the teeth have been growning etc
First of all thanks to who ever moved this thread! :roll: I know what you mean buddy it is a very gutting feeling. I had to work away this week for 3 days, I was working on a building site and couldnt eat healthy and I lost 4lb! and its all muscle I tried to have a chest Workout last night and I had to drop down to 25Kg Dumbells for benchpress! Im so annoyed with myself and my job. :roll: Typical right before Cancun as well. Bye Adam
How much kilos is 4lb? dont you feel bad about this...? you worked months to get huge and now you are losing a lot to get some definition for a holiday ??? When you are in cancun you will lose the definition again as you will be drinking and probably be eating 'white' pastas at the hotel... With bench press I had to drop down to 22 (used to do 26)... wont even mention squat and deadlift.
I think I lost just over 2Kg but it was all muscle as my fat % has remained the same. Its just annoying that it happens this way. I am in cancun from the March 5th -19th I have 8 days before I go so Im going to load up on the Carbs I dont mind if I bloat out I just feel to skinny at the moment. This will make you laugh my friend I was so weak last night I couldnt even manage 12 reps 4 sets of 16Kg on Dumbell flyes lol Bye Adam
:? I do 18 kg 4 x 10 dumbell flyes and you are bigger than me haha...you gotta eat !!! quite funny,... I decided today to give up the low-carb and eat loads in cancun. i assume my BF will go to 11-12 % while i am in cancun (as it is 8% now) --- will be doing 4day-split in cancun and no more cardio.
LOL I know I normally flye with 20Kg but I was so weak, I really think those 3 days have really messed up my body I was working outside in the snow and it was 0 degrees! I think because I have really gone down hill over the past couple of weeks I might give trainning a miss while in Cancun I might have a workout every 4 days just to keep muscle memory but thats it, I mean it though as soon as I come back from Cancun Im bulking up im not going to worry about keeping learn for the summer Im going to bulk for 10 months and put on some serious size and get back into working out like I use to be. 3500-4000Kcals a day Im going to get back into some seriously heavy power lifting too. I have decided its the only way for me. Im fed up of being this size I want to be real big! Bye Adam
Yeah me too... starting bulking in Cancun. No more headaches, no more feeling hungry, no more feeling weak amigo ! Bulking 4000 kcals on training day carbs 30% prot 40% fat 30% and starting creatine again for 2 months - 1 month stop 2 months crea etc etc ... Will be working out in this Cancun'gym called Flex good selection of Free Weights and airco ...
