Haha Adam what was a little bit of junk food?
Well I went down my mates house to play some StreetFighter and him and his Gf like to have a lil smoke, I dont smoke it but when your sat in a room with 2 people that are, you cant help but feel the effects so it was Munchie City.
I dont know exactly how much I ate but I remember this much.
4 Packs of Crisps
One tub of Custard
3 Eggs and toast
half a packet of Haribo
Then the next day it was back to my 2500 Kcals of healthy food :roll:

I felt such a pig the next day, As soon as I got up I took a load of Ephedrine and kained loads of water to flush out my system then hit the gym.
I dont get the Muchies anymore,
But that was a lot of Muching for a None Smoker there Ad,
I do Find though when you havent had Junk food for a while and then you have a little bit you do go a bit mad,
:evil: not fair.... thats one thing that i have a hard time to control. I do try to choose 'better' foods to much on.. but all the store now have the easter chocolates out.. and im feeling myself get weak
