I know it really sucks last week my body fat was near 11% and coming down nicely with all the cardio and my arms were looking full and pushing 16.5", Now I feel more flabby and flat in the muscles. This was me last week It sucks how your body can degenerate so quickly! Bye Adam
What height and weight are you at? and waist size. You look good on that picture look like you've bulked up alot. I honestly dont do alot of cardio, as tend to lose mass off my legs
Cheers mate Im 6'2 and about 208lb or 94Kg at the moment and my waist is about 31-32" I tend to carry body fat quite easy so I have to do cardio to look cut, I will probally over do it though and lose too much bulk but I dont mind as I have stretched a few of my new tshirts lately around the chest and arms so losing a bit of size might not be a bad think lol Bye Adam
Im 5'10" Im about 95kg, 31isg waist. Yeah know what you mean about the t-shirts the thing is at first when the strech and look tight they look good, but after wearing them a few times and washing they go really baggy and crap. My thing is I need to do cardio to cut more, but I seem to lose it off my legs then, and i would rather be the way i am know than more cut but with thin legs. It always looks daft when you see these big guys with small legs.
:shock: Oh no I forgot about notts Shorn! the problem is im not coming to Peterborough again before we go! oh no sorry dude! :-| I know what you mean Mase my legs arnt very big but the way I see it is they are strong enough to do what I want and they dont look real small, I tend to wear board shorts so you dont see the top of my legs so it doesnt really bother me too much. I use to be more bulky and carr more weight but since I have been cutting up I think it looks lots better sure I have lost size but the extra shape makes up for it. Im going to bulk in the winter but right now its all about the Cardio baby! lol Bye Adam
my friend barrys nicknames mr cardio because thats all i used to do, he's my mate im going cancun with. He started the gym to lose weight as he'd put loads on (he had a girl friend and she fed him alot) He's just getting into weights now. and really enjoys seeing difference in himself, thats what i like about doing weights the satisfaction in seeing difference in yourself
oh no terrible mess! lol tis okay dude ill hop skip n jump it meself. god i feel ill! i am just building on the weight i now have havent done cardio in a few weeks but i may go later depending on how well i feel in a bit just need to totally rip and get large at the same time! is there a way?
