Use an amount of Protein x 4 times your bodyweight in kilograms if you wanna go low-carb. Your body (brains) doesnt need more than 150 grams carbs a day... Very important is the 'good' fat : oils,salmon and nuts Don't use the creatine in cancun... should do so with high temperatures Last few weeks untill cancun will live on 50 % Protein 25% Carbs 25% Fat
H.I.T. Training is very very very very hard mate, the theroy is to do only one working set of your maximum weight everysingle time but only once a week at the most :shock: I tried it but I just couldnt get to grips with it. It is best suited for the off season when you just want to add mass and not worried about putting on the fat. I wouldnt go for it mate. Saying that do you struggle to put on mass if so your probally over doing it dude, It might be better to cut out one of your swimming visits and split up your work out into 4 days, for example on Friday you hit 3 body parts which would be a lot better if you only hit two. It depends on what you want to do though, Mass build, Tone etc Bye Adam
:shock: That doesn't sound to good Justin I stopped taking my supplements a few weeks ago..... i know i didn't give them much of a chance to show results...but they were upsetting my stomach.. taking them with or without food... so i just stopped.
Better!! Im hitting those everyday! Since, those are truely the only muscles you can work everyday!! so, we will see, they will be FINE by spring break, no worries!

Thanks mate, I tend to eat a regular amount but I've been having 2/3 protein shakes a day. But now my protein is running out and I can't afford any more until pay day because I've just bought a digital camera (which is schweet btw)
