MASE IM AIMING TO HIT LIKE YOUR SIZE NOT FOR CANCUN COZ THAT WONT HAPPEN NOW BUT I JUST GOTTA KEEP WORKING HOW LONG YOU BEEN TRAINING FOR? I MEAN OBVIOUSLY IT COMES WITH UR JOB BUT...... AND YES I AM GETTING ON WELL AT THE GYM FROM JUST DOING LIGHT WEIGHTS I HAVE UP'D MY WEIGHT BY LIKE 50KG AND BENCH PRESS IM HITTING ALOT HEAVIER AND I CAN SEE THE DIFFERENCE IVE PUT ON HALF A STONE IN A WEEK!!!! WELL APPY JUST BUILDING ON THE WEIGHT IVE GOT NOW
I seem to have hit a plateau at the moment, don't seem to be able to up my wieght, if anything I seem to be dropping it :shock:
Been training just a little over two years, I had to get weight off first, I was just under 13 stone but was chubby as hell. Training and went down to 11 stone 4 ibs. Then mainly did weights, and now do resistance training, im bigger than I was on that picture now, im abou 13 stone 5 ibs. its all about getting yourself to the gym and doing all you want to do when your there and trying to enjoy it.
