I have upped my Cardio to 4 sessions a week as their is only 4 weeks to go before Cancun, its scary to think there is only 16 cardio visits to the Gym before Cancun :shock: Bye Adam
wow.. this thread got big. I know im not a guy :roll: ... but i've been still hitting the gym pretty hard.. and loving kickboxing. I didn't bother to continue with the supplements that i was taking before xmas... they just didn't agree with me.
I've dropped the kickboxing until after Cancun, I found I was overtraining with that, the weight training and football as well. I've just run out of V12 Turbo and I'm noticing the difference, nowhere near as much pump in my routine now
I've been thinking of hitting thew gym before spring break, but a pizza always got in the way. Ah well, i'm happy being the "fat drunken party animal" of my group. Spring Break!!!!
