How is everyones Fitness plans going? With 5 weeks to go Im quite happy with mine, although I am losing a little to much size for my liking with all the Cardio but I need to be more cut so hey ho! I picked up some real nice Whey powder over the weekend, cookies and cream, yum! Bye Adam
Not going too bad mate, think I need to up the cardio slightly but otherwise good. Do you think it's better to do the cardio at the beginning of a workout or at the end?
id say beginning cos it get the blood pumping......i used to row/run first then where posible swim after my workout
maybe do some bike work....less stress on the arms......im not 100% sure but i was always told to do some cardio before...maybe just limit yourself i guess? and then go for it after your weights workout! i spoke to an old friend of mine while out on Saturday night and he does some martial arts style training im going to go and check it out tonight and see what its like....
I do a 3-5 min warm up before weights to get the blood going. I was doing kickboxing but found with that, my weight training, and 5-a-side on a Sunday, I was over training. I'm leaving off the kickboxing for the moment but might throw a swim in there one night a week instead. I dunno...
I always do them on seperate visits, Yesterday I did my Delts/Traps AM then returned in the afternoon for a really hard cardio workout. I cant do both together or I feel faint lol! Bye Adam
