Well, I got impatient and decided to start the no-xplode/cellmass combo yesterday. I'd definately say I was able to push a bit more then usual, but I didn't see the intense energy that I've read about. I happened to have a big meal a bit before taking the no-xplode, which they specifically say not to do, so I'm hoping that had something to do with it. I'd imagine you have all mentioned it at some point in this thread, but what kind of cardio workout are you all doing? I'm trying to run for 20-30 minutes 3 days a week.
Ive started doing 3 Cardio sessions a week mate between 45-60 minutes because I have a bit of fat to lose around the Abs Bye Adam
<---- down to 150 (5 lbs less than 2 weeks ago) I just started taking powdered gnc creatine. Bottle says to take a heaping spoonfull 4x daily (for loading up). Any recomendations on if i should exceed this, and for how long I should take? Bottle says for 4 days... then to take 1 spoonful daily for upkeep. The stuff is just standard creatine, no other active ingredients. Still gotta go down 5-10 more lbs.
Yeah thats right mate once you have done your loading phase you will only need it once a day (After your workout normally) stick to that mate, Although Creatine is normally used when your bulking theres no reason why you cant take it while cutting, Some people say it assists with fat loss! Bye Adam
As for cardio, im doin a 20 minute run + cooldown every day I work out... so 5/6 days a week. It ends up being aroun 2.5 miles per day. The i go hit weight machines. I dont lke free weights... my dad scared me outa them, he's always talking about guys he knows who have majorly f'ed up joints an such from free weights.
If you wanna build or get bigger buddy im afraid to say that Free weights really are much better, but machines are perfect for toning! I think as long as you stretch and are sensible free weights are ok then again ask me in 10 years lol Bye Adam
