I'm up for it! You guys will kick my arse though, I've only just started playing 5-a-side again. Before that I hadn't played since I left school! Also, tried to do chest and back last night but once again was demotivated by the total lack of free equipment :evil: Got half way through and thought "Bugger this for a game of soldiers" and came home. The sets I did do were crap because I was so pissed off at having to wait so long to get on stuff :evil: :evil: :evil:

Love my football...........im an ok sunday league player i guess but im up for a game! went swimming last night and got pissed off with old women who take eternity to swim a length.....this may do with the fact they are in pairs and just chat while they doggy paddle along so it was a bit stop start but i managed to hit 36 lengths which wasnt too bad but i knew i could have done a lot more so im going again tonight!
36 Lengths is nice going mate! My Cardio sucks big time, Im starting to do more now though to burn any remaining fat. Its funny how we spend months getting fit to destroy all our hard work in just 14 days Ahahahahaha. Love it! Bye Adam

i was thinking this too adam we will look great for a matter of days then fat bastard hahahahah! nah it wont be that bad i usually keep my body fat down by swimming plus im going to make a little time for the gym at the hotel........... but still its going to be a great time....goin gym today at 230 so im going to hit it hard! do alot of cardio then do some free weights hopefully going to be quiet by then
