So... I didnt want to dredge through 13 pages of posts to see if this had been answered, but im lookin for a product that will help me build muscle, and burn fat? anything come to mind? At least something that wont hugely bulk me up with water weight so i can at least tell if im losin weight. Im 5'7" and weigh 155. I wanna get down to 145, if possible by march. I have been working out almost every day for the last week and a half, and am noticing some improvement, but alas, it is slow going. I have some generic gnc creatine lying around and 2 bottles of vasopro. Would these be recomended? The ceatines my dads, and i ordered the vasopro months and months ago, and never used.

My gym instuctor told me that is 7% is minimum for guys...anything less than 7% is very unhealthy... If he is mistaking I am sorry

I agree 5% is very low indeed! and you are right about the safe % for guys etc, Although guys with small frames (small waists / wrists etc) can quite easily be a lot lower, The lowest I have ever heard is 3.5% although this is very unhealthy.

Its a very hard thing to both build and lose fat at the same time for most people, I think your best bet considering you want this done by march would be to try a good fat burner supplement like below...

    http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/biot/hot.html
    http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/nutrex/lipo6.html

And stick to a moderate amount of reps 10-12, 3-4 Sets and 3 excersizes per bodypart, Split your workout into 4 days and throw a couple of Cardio workouts in there. Eat clean and cut down on your carbs and have a high Protein intake mate, Stop eating carbs all together after after 5pm. :)

Yea... Ive been trying to eat well (ive actually lost about 20lbs over the past 6 months) my workouts are as such: 25 mins of treadmill (2 1/2 miles after cooldown) then i hit weight machines. I usually do about 100 sit ups, and either do my biceps/ shoulders or chest/tris. for the biceps im tryin to bulk up, for the chest i usually do 2 or 3 sets of 30 reps to build lean muscle. Im mostly worried about the extra fat at the belly tho. Maybe try purging? (joking incase noone caught that)

Kevin - Im not carrying on with creatine in Cancun, I find the mix of creatine and the hot weather makes me very dehydrated and with all the alcohol too its probably not a good idea for me lol

Jajola - 20lb! you have done really good mate well done. Yeah try to really keep your Carb intake low mate this will certainly help you shed some body fat and one of those Fat Burners will heat up your body as they are Themo's which will also help, just make sure you drink plenty of water buddy.
