I went gym last night did abs, chest, shoulders and arms. also went on the bike for a bit and did some swimming. not too bad for me to be honest im trying now! haha. going swimming tonight so that should be good enough and i have 5-a-side and sunday league on sunday so that leaves saturday as my rest day!
lol well i went to esporta last night on a guest pass.....really enjoyed it compared to the weights room i have set up im my garage so i often pull out of doing anything but i may join up esporta. i like to reward myself with jacuzzi and steam and sauna after a workout. where do you go?
My mate is in membership sales for the local LA Fitness so I got a bloody good deal there. It's got a good free weights area, good machines and cardio stuff, free classes (it's where I do kickboxing) and a small pool.
See esporta is like £50-£60 per month so it is steep....if you use it everyday then its worth it but i moved out this year into my own place with a mate so my outgoings have rocketed up! and with that im in a new job so the wage isnt great so im weighing up the idea of joining...im only really bothered about using it for the two months before cancun to get into decent shape for the beach but they want you to sign a 12 month contract......i could always cancel the agreement just before i go cancun????? :?

I know i'm late on this topic lol..but I work out too I'm one of the Personal Trainer's at Holmes Place in Mill Hill (North West London). It's a brand new gym just opened on December 5th. Awesome though..real big. £78 a month. If anyone is actually near that area, give me a shout and i can hook you up 1 membership at like a one off price of £200. Can only do one though. I'm just doing some maintenance training really..not doing any bulking at the moment, just doing some stuff on the stability balls, new cable machines and a bit of free weights etc. Just doing a bit of maintenance at the moment and correcting any postural weaknesses i've noticed in my body. ( we all have loads without realising) Man I do love just hoisting up the freeweights though, you guys got me reminising lol Gonna hit the weights hard after cancun, i like my size but my arms are lagging so they'll be hit hard after cancun..trying to maintain bodyfat right now so i look good for the ladies out there teaching my body combat class over there as well which always has a strong female turnout haha :lol: About the supplements, i tried an equivelant to No explode and stacked it with lots of stuff but I just find there's no equivelant to hard training and nutrition. I've never really responded to creatine/Nitric oxide products though so someone else might respond great to them!
Oh man Body combat is awesome isnt it?..you feel like a right idiot doing it the first time round because it's really fast and you need good co-ordination but once you get used to it it's so good! Awesome cardio workout and loads of fun too. had a record amount of 14 people in my class this week not bad considering we only opened a month ago!
