I had a pretty good back workout last night, But I felt a 'twing' in my right lat, it didnt feel too bad at the time so I carried on.... Big mistake. When I got up this morning I had a real bad pain down my right handside and when I checked it in the mirror I saw a bruise about the size of a football over my right lat :shock: Jeez I hope this doesnt hold up my fitness plan Bye Adam
