Right just got back from the gym and I think it was the best workout of my life. Before I went I mixed... One scoop of BSN No-Xplode One scooop of Sans V12 Turbo Half Scoop of Enrage About 10 minutes after I drank it I felt so hyped and strong, I hit the gym and had the best shoulder workout ever, It was the first time I shoulder pressed (seated) 12 Reps 4 sets with 150lb's then another 3 excersizes including upward rows 12 reps 4 sets with 105lb. I got such a buzz the only way I can describe it is like being high lol. If you want some serious rocket fuel try this guys. Watch out Mr coleman here I come he he. Bye Adam

Adam, I just bought a huge tub of this stuff called MassTech and its amazing, I take a scoop of that with 24 oz of water and then some Anavol which is also for mass and strength and ive never been more pumped at the gym its insane
Is thats the stuff made by Muscletech? if so I looked at that and it looked real good, Im so hooked on BSN stuff at the moment it seems to be pretty good. Dude its such a shame your not going Cancun Bye Adam
yup its the stuff by muscletech, all of my protein and stuff like that is always muscletech they are the best....and i know im so pissed about it, but hey theres always next year.....maybe i can muster up some money over the summer to come to the UK for a week hahaa

I take whey protein...but what do you guys think about Creatine? I loaded up one it a year ago when i started training, and gained about 10lbs, but im skeptical about trying it once more...
